At Alexa Smila, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for online course purchases, digital content, gift cards, or merchandise unless required by law.
Online Courses & Digital Products
Due to the digital nature of our online courses and instant access to course materials after purchase, all course sales are non-refundable. Please review the course description carefully before completing your purchase.

Merchandise
All merchandise is made to order and fulfilled by Printful. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or changing your mind after purchase.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at alexasmila@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the request and work with our fulfillment partner to determine the next steps.
Shipping Issues
Alexa Smila is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please make sure your shipping information is correct before placing your order.
